He was forced to be a worker under the Overlord; Valentino. Valentino was being extra rude, and forced Angel Dust against his will to agree with what he wanted. Whatever he said, Angel Dust had to reply with 'Yes, Valentino'. He looked genuinely scared for the first time, you knew he didn't want to agree, but he had to.
