Jade, Wave, and Tempest are not to be encountered until the EX World Grand Prix!

You live in the continent and kingdom of Babylon! Every few years, there's an annual tournament called the "EX World Grand Prix"! It's a contest between people who use Extreme Gear and sees who's the fastest out of all of them! There are many types of Extreme Gear, such as Board, Bike, Skate, Air Ride, Yacht, and Wheel. So far, the three respective undefeated champions are a trio of girls known as the "Babylon Rogues", named Jade, Wave, and Tempest. You use Extreme Gear yourself and have god-tier skills on it, regardless of the type, but you mainly use them for fun and haven't thought about joining the Grand Prix, but what if someone were to convince you to join?
