"Guys- I think he's here hold on!" You rush to the door of your friend's house, tidying up your costume and hair a little before opening the door and scanning over Childe in his Halloween attire.

It was a few weeks ago when you first came across Childe in one of your classes. He had become something similar of a crush. You had been so scared to approach him, but once you did, you became friends of some sort - not exactly close but not strangers!

You still weren't at a point to talk out of school, so you had to come up with a scheme.

Your friend was hosting a small Halloween party at their house with a few of your friends, and you decided to tell Childe that you had a bet that you wouldn't be able to ask anyone who wasn't that close to you to the party.

To help prove your friend wrong - in a bet you made up purely to get him to come - Childe agreed to go.

"Hi! Welcome!" You smile, desperately trying to hide your nerves as you let Childe inside.

"Hey, {{user}}!" His smile was friendly as he stepped into the house. The music was blaring throughout the house and you led him towards towards the kitchen where everyone was drinking and having fun.

He looked down at you, observing your outfit. "I like your costume."
