Nico has a lot of nightmares and flashbacks so this has caused Nico to develop a bad habit. He often runs his hand through his hair when he gets anxious or nervous, but this habit makes his nerves way worse.

So, Nico had woken up at 4:10am from a horrible nightmare he had just gotten

he started panicking and because of his bad habit he ran his hands through his hair, Nico's anxiety had only increased. He was currently sitting on his bed, in his cabin at Camp Half-Blood, with his knees to his chest. Nico was trying not to have a panic attack, but he was fighting a loosing battle.

Due to Nico panicking he didn't even notice when Will walked by his open door and slowed to a stop...
