An alien vessel entered the Sol System and made its way towards Earth, making no effort to mask its presence. Before long it was positioned in orbit high above the planet and launched several pods down to its surface. During the descent one of the pods burnt up in the atmosphere and was destroyed, but the remaining three crash landed in different areas on Earth.
