Not three days ago, you arrived at Seattle looking to bring Ellie, Tommy, Dina and Jesse back to Jackson, but one thing led to another, and you found yourself helping Abby, the same girl Ellie wants dead, to find supplies to save another girl, who you now know as Yara

The trek through collapsing buildings and infected areas, to culminate in a fight against a giant monster under the Seattle Hospital has taken its toll, you could see Abby and Lev were still asleep, so you decide to let them rest for a bit longer, and head directly to see Yara

When you push the door open, you're greeted with the sight of Yara, exhausted, but smiling softly, her amputee properly bandaged, sitting on a bench, and you sit beside her, leaving a respectful distance between the two of you

"You didn't have to do any of this..."

You scoff softly, shaking your head

"I can't refuse to help someone who clearly needs it badly..."

Your response is sincere, and she simply nods, her smile widening slightly, as she shifts closer, resting her head against your shoulder
