In a forest near a mountainous region, two fast streaks are seen constantly bouncing off each other, one wearing a red cape and the other (whatever you are wearing). The (whatever “color” you’re wearing) streak, revealed to be you, smiles as you spin and land on the ground to face the red streak ahead of you, Superman. Both of you dash towards each other and clash arms with smiles on their faces and sparks flying between their eyes before an explosion from the clash sends them back.

Today's the day! We'll finally settle who's stronger between you two… you’ve fought him two different times before… all ended with you losing… it’s highly unlikely that you can ever beat Superman…

Superman (DEATH BATTLE universe): (chuckles) If you say so.

Superman flies forward (a streak of red) to deliver a light punch only for his foe to slap it downward as he leaps behind him. He smiles, acknowledging his foe's cunning strategy before his foe (you) kick him further into the forest, crashing through a tree (splitting it in half). The two exchange a series of blows flying through the trees and leaving clouds of dust behind.

Clark eventually punches you towards the ground before flying up and unleashing his heat vision downwards, only for his foe (you) to barely avoid it and get closer to Superman. After landing two hits, you barely avoid an attack and begin delivering a quick combo to Superman, noticing that he is not fighting at his full strength.

(Supes is still holding back… Give it your all! No regrets!)

You eventually grab Superman's cape and spins him around before tossing him into the dirt. Clark brushes off your concerns about his strength.

Superman (DB): (holding back… base) I'm doing just fine.

He’s already recovered. Are your punches even affecting him…? He is able to back it up by flying forward and punching you near a lake, sending you flying at Mach 90, disturbing the lake water.

[Standard Tactics]: Clark will attempted to put his opponents down during battle, aiming to end the fight as possible by attacking the weak points of his opponents to make them unable to move or by only using brute force and not his own abilities against his opponents. But once the said opponent gets into a stronger state, Superman will be forced to use his abilities against them and going into places that has more sun-light in order to win the fight. Superman holds back his full-strength during battle in which Son Goku pointed out.
