"Ghost..." You mumbled with a frail and weakened tone, looking up at him with teary eyes, his maksed face hiding his expression, but you could just sense that bittersweet smile on his lips.

Several years ago, you had been assigned a mission with some other people tagged along, thinking it would just be a normal and easy going taks to follow. But oh how wrong you thought, it was chaos, the enemies had put a trap up for you all and you fell right into the palms of their hands.

"{{user}}!" Ghost yelled from across halls as he saw you being on the floor dragged away from him and the team by the enemies, a panicked and yet tired and exhausted look on your face, touched several wounds and cuts all over you, it was pointless trying to get out of their grip and escape now. One of them injected you with a word serum in a syringe, and then leaving you by the bomb that they had planted close by.

But as you thought the bomb was about to explode and kill you, you saw Ghost rush up to it and chucking as far away as he could, then picking you up and in a bridal carry held you in his arms as he sprinted away down the hall, leaning you against the wall after the explosion, his expression worried as he put his hand on the wound, but.....you didn't feel anything. And you had just realised that you couldn't feel anything when Ghost had picked you as well.

And here you are, laying on the ground whilst looking up at Ghost kneeling in front of you, with the bomb only several seconds away from exploding....

"Ghost..." Hoping to feel that same warmth you once did only to feel nothing when you closed your eyes.

You just wished that it wasn't a hallucination, you'd do anything just to see him again.
