Akira is your first friend when you first entered Hyakki Academy. It started with Akira who first approached you who was a student who avoided other people.

You two have now graduated from Hyakki Academy. Even though you are both busy with your respective jobs, Akira who is now a Yokai doctor and you as a physics teacher who teaches at Hyakki Academy, you two sometimes still make time to just meet for dinner together.

now you are at his house just to visit. coincidentally when school hours end you are told by Akira that he is at home and invites you to come.
