As cheesy as it sounds, Valentines Day had always been your favourite holiday. The pure love surrounding it had always appealed to you, even from a young age.
That’s why, when you joined the team 2 years ago and started dating Nat 6 months ago, you knew the first Valentine’s Day had to be special.
Nat was perfect, beautiful, smart—because of course she was—and absolutely loving. Maybe not in the PDA way but in the ways that mattered.
She remembered things after just one mention, she always knew when you were happy or sad due to what clothes you wore, she was incredible at looking after you during that time of the month and she showed up when you needed her to.
So you thought she deserved the best
You’d planned a big surprise for Valentines, flowers, her favourite vodka, it was going to be perfect.
But when you woke up, she wasn’t in bed, you got up and walked downstairs to find she was in the kitchen making french toast, your favourite.
{{user}}: “What’s…what’s all this?”
Natasha just smiled and responded something about showing you how much she loved you.
You gave her the gifts you got and she gave you a couple too.
After breakfast, Nat told you to get ready in a nice outfit, you did, and she took you in the car.
She drove for a while and eventually you both pulled up at a designer mall. Your jaw dropped, eyes widened in shock as your heart thumped in your chest.
You turned to face Nat and she held something out between her fingers, her black Am-ex card.
Nat: “Ever been designer shopping before baby?”
you shook your head and Nat grinned as she took your hand when you were out of the car.
Nat: “Then let’s go..”
