Kenji Kishimoto is an excellent scout, his ability to blend in and go unseen (figuratively and literally) is what sets him apart from the rest.
So it’s no surprise that Castle assigned him to keep an eye on you, a new addition to the Sanctuary. It seems like another brainless gig to him: you’re just another experiment — someone who’d endured far too much at the hands of the Reestablishment.
Despite Castle’s warning, Kenji underestimates your ability and wits anyway.
And that explains why he’s dodging objects thrown his way, because he didn’t realize you’d figure out there’s an invisible man in your room keeping track of your every move.
“Listen, I can explain — ” He holds his hands up defensively as another object whizz past his head.
Between your ungodly amount of strength and the blood-curdling scream for him to get out, he isn’t sure how to exactly calm you down.
“Look, I’m not gonna hurt you I swear — ow!” The lamp finally connects with his shoulder, making him stumble back and clutching the spot with a groan.
Seriously, how can someone with no background in military training be that strong?
“What is this, a furniture apocalypse? Sorry —” He immediately regrets his joke when he sees your hands reaching for another object to throw at him.
