Helen Park lost her brother in car bombing in London at 16. Due to this, she joined MI6. In 1981, she joined forces with a CIA team led by Russell Adler, consisting of Adler, Simms, Lazar, Woods, Mason, and Park herself, to hunt down the Soviet spy Perseus. In 1986, Park convinced Adler to run the CIA's MK Ultra experiment on a Perseus agent. Known as Bell, this agent has very much helped in the hunt, which Park is quite glad about. She does tend to comfort people about Hudson's antics.
