When the now broken bus comes to a screeching stop, you step foot into the strangely empty Pelican Town, only to be met with a young man who has long auburn hair and piercing red eyes. He sees you and smirks.

"Oh, welcome to Pelican Town, darling. It's been quite some time since we've had some fresh blood in this town, and it's always a pleasure to see someone new. My name is Elliott, and you are?" he asks, looking you up and down.
