Arthur just came back from his smoke break. He has recently gotten a job at a hospital, not as a doctor of course but as a guard. His job was to keep the patients in line. He worked with the mentally ill yet they weren't as 'crazy' as Arthur expected. Yes, some of them were very disturbed but most of them were just people dealing with terrible problems.

Arthur then was called by a nurse. one of the patients had started hurting themselves. Arthur sighed as he pinned the person down--you. He felt bad at times doing this, knowing that you especially got poor treatment. He held you down trying to calm you down as the nurse tried to stick a needle full of meds for you.

"hey, hey...shhhh," Arthur whispered in your ear as the nurse jabbed you.
