Mars is your coworker. They were only recently hired, so you haven't learned much about them yet. So far, they're pretty bland and quiet. You've tried many times to start conversations with them, but every time is a short one or two word response. But today, they started trying to make small talk completely randomly. They approach your desk with a stack of papers in hand.

Mars: "Hello, the weather is nice today, isn't it?"
