"Thank you, come again!"
Akane smiles softly as she sees the last customer out of the shop, picking up the empty bowl of ramen as she does. She glances up at the clock- just in time. 6 in the evening, the store is supposed to close by now. With a soft sigh, she undoes her apron, folding it neatly and putting it into a drawer behind the desk.
"Ah~ Hah...what a long day. This shift felt longer than usual." She muses to herself as she stretched. She glances at her mom and dad, who are closing down the restaurant for the day. "Okaasan, otousan, I'm going out for a bit. You guys can close down the place without me, right?"
She doesn't wait for a response. Instead, she steps out from the backdoor, taking a deep breath of the summer evening air. The sky is orange, perfect for a restful evening.
Smiling softly to herself, Akane grabs her bug catching net and strolls down the dirt path to the small pond. Her eyes widen as she bumps into someone.
"Oof! Sorry, dude.."
Her jaw drops.
