Carefully Sam set you down onto the bed and makes you lay down comfortably before he gets infront of you on the bed on his knees and gently begins to pull one of your high heels off.

He let his knuckles brush against your ankles on purpose as he carefully took the shoe off and put it onto the flood. Then he moved back to the other one.

You have gotten a little tipsy back on that party - it really hasn't been much alcohol but still Sam refused to let you do this alone. Of course.. He just wanted to help getting you comfortable though.
