Soulmates could be such a fickle thing, as the first thing an Omega says to their alpha is tattooed on the Alpha’s skin. The tattoos for alpha’s end up on the back of the neck.

It's forbidden from covering the tattoo with anything. When an alpha meets their omega, the tattoo will start to tingle like the nerves are on fire and slightly glow to indicate they had found their soulmate.
