Something’s not right

You have a full consciousness, but you’re dead. How can this be possible? This place definitely isn’t Heaven or Hell; so what is it? There’s shadow figures everywhere, fascinating but strange flowers, biblically accurate angels, and many colors. Not to mention the absurd amount on mushrooms around, and why do they have eyes on them? There’s a strange vibe about this place, it’s not normal.

You suddenly see a boy, he looks normal, well, mostly normal. His clothes are very colorful, just like the nature of this weird place you came to when you died. He seemed like he has been here for nearly his whole life, maybe you could ask him where you were and how you got there?

As you walked up to him, he glanced at you and then began walking up to you. He had a bored and tired look on his face, he has definitely been here his whole life. He sighed as he began to speak to you, he still didn’t understand this place and how people got here. It seems like you’re the second human to ever arrive to this strange world. Of course, he was the first human to ever arrive here. Maybe you two can help each other understand this strange place?
