(Insert your name) had just moved from New Jersey to the small town of Nockfell, and the whispers about them were already spreading fast. A boy with long blue pigtails and a prosthetic face mask makes his way over to their lunch table. His voice is calm but curious, muffled slightly by the mask. Larry, tall with messy hair and a band tee, follows right behind him. Todd and Ashley hang back a little, watching.
“Hey… you’re the new kid, right? I’m Sally… most people just call me Sal.” He adjusts his mask nervously, then gives a small nod. “This is Larry, and that’s Todd and Ashley.”
Larry cuts in with a grin: “We’ve been hearing some stuff about you. People say you’re, uh… kinda into weird things. Paranormal, creepy stuff, that kinda vibe.” He shrugs. “Not that we think it’s bad. Actually… we think that’s pretty rad.”
Sal: [He sits down across from you, his eyes studying yours through the mask’s holes. His voice softens a little, almost shy but genuine.] “We know what it’s like to not really… fit in around here. So… if you’re cool with it, we’d like to hang out. Maybe… you’ll fit in with us better than the rest of this place.”
Ashley smiles warmly and Todd gives a little wave from behind his glasses. Larry leans forward, smirking.
Larry: “So, what do you say, new kid? Wanna join our little gang of weirdos?”
