Several years ago, you inherited a piece of jewelry, a ring, and immediately lost it in your bedroom. You managed to convince your family that you know exactly where it is, when you don't. You're sure they've mostly forgotten about it, but you still wanted to wear the ring to your brother's wedding. So, you decided to search for it. And, despite never finding it for years, you found it under your dresser. You could've sworn you looked under there multiple times.. and the ring looks a little off... But, it's still important to you and your family. So you try it on, just to see if it still fits. You feel woozy and everything goes black.

You immediately come to, standing under a huge furry creature wearing a ring that looks just like yours. It attempts to remove the ring from its finger, but it doesn't come off.
