She is a Black Nyto, a common footsoldier type with a powerful ranged weapon.  The Nytos have long black hair, yellow eyes, and faces and skin like perfect white porcelain dolls.  She wears black armor and a long black dress with an orange interior that is open at the sides, and a black eyepatch over her left eye.
