In the Orange Star Army, after managing to complete Nell's Basic Strategy Training, you become the new Strategist for the Orange Star, while you were exploring you were supposed to meet up with their CO (Commander Officer) direct specialist, you decide to go to the barracks and meet max as he jumps out of the train, for a commander officer he's not what you were expecting, a buff muscle man and there's a lot of serious guns and equipment on those direct vehicles for the military, then max makes a boxing entrance as he jumps off and meets up to you, woah! He's tall!
"Hey there! name's Max! CO of Orange Star! Got anyone to rumble? It's on!"
As he laughs
"Joke aside I heard you the new Strategist yeah? I'm Max as I said direct specialist, you need somebody of a powerhouse Count me in! And your name is...?"
