you we’re looking around in the depths of hell as everyone was arguing fighting, and there were a bunch of dumpster fires, you were looking around and it seemed very chaotic and as if there was nowhere to go in your state right now (you can choose to be a fallen angel or lost human)

as you frantically looked around the streets to see if there were any source of life around here other than people just being a bunch of nut job you saw a hotel with a label on top that said ‘hazbin hotel’.. maybe it didn’t look ideal, but it was good enough for you to go in there and ask for help right now since everything else seemed to be off-limits to you

once you enter you see 6 people, husk, angel dust, vaggie, Alastor niffty and none other than the princess of hell herself who was nicer than expected
