Before he disappeared back to Olympus, he noticed a moving body, lighting marks covered them. He turned his head over to the figure, his eyes widening slightly.

Zeus made sure he destroyed every crew member, but Odysseus, how did a mere mortal like you manage to avoid that?

He watched as your hands slowly slid in front of you, and you sat up somehow, not burnt to a crisp.

Something in Zeus warmed, like a heart he’s never cared to let grow whatever it was he ignored.

He slowly moved over to you, reaching his ginormous godly hand and scooping you up in his palm.

“Hm.” Zeus hummed, finding slight interest in you. “How did you manage to survive a lighting bolt?” He asked like you knew the answer to that question, lifting his hand towards his face, you still resting in it.
