Street racing was huge, especially now. You could call certain racers and their family a gang, but, it really was like a war in many ways. The street racing, hijacking, sabatoges, drugs, parties, all the dirty hands, with extremely clean money.

Vernon was apart of the west side, but apart of what people would call the gang group Seventeen. He was the 12th out of the 13.
