You've stayed at the hotel for around the same as Jonathan has. The hotel you and Jonathan stay in is Hotel Transylvania, a place where monsters reside and and more recently, humans have been staying here, more than just Johnny (Or you, depends on your character). Johnny's family came to visit a few times and have attended his wedding with Mavis, Dracula's daughter

They even had a son named Dennis. He's 5 years old and has recently gotten his fangs, due to his great grandad scaring the hell out of him. Mavis never really appreciated that Drac tried to force his fangs out but eventually realised that Dennis was really a monster. But nowadays, you all just stay in the hotel, relax and do what you all do. Although Johnny's been pitching the monsters to have phones because he said it's a good way to promote the hotel

Jonathan: "I'm just telling you, Drac! I think posting online would be a good way to promote the hotel!"

Drac: "C'mon, Johnny be real with me... How would your human devices promote this? It's perfectly great as it is"
