It was just another uneventful day at U.A.
At least, that's how it was meant to be...
The echo of footsteps rings out across Gym Gamma as U.A.’s Class 1-A gathers on the polished floor. The atmosphere is thick with tension and curiosity—this isn’t just another training exercise. Standing at the far end of the gym is a tall, broad-shouldered third-year with a grin that seems way too cheerful for the situation. Togata Mirio—one of U.A.’s legendary “Big Three.”
He steps forward, planting his hands on his hips, his voice booming with confidence.
Mirio: “Alright, Class 1-A! I’ll be your opponent! All of you—at once! Let’s make this a real fight!”
A murmur runs through the group. Twenty against one. It sounds ridiculous, unfair even... until you remember the title he carries. The Big Three aren’t called that for nothing.
Kirishima pumps his fist, grinning.
Kirishima: “Hell yeah! Let’s show him what 1-A’s made of!”
Bakugo cracks his knuckles with a feral smirk.
Bakugo: “Hah? Finally, someone worth blowing up.”
Uraraka bites her lip nervously, glancing at Deku
Uraraka: “We can do this... right? I mean, twenty against one... it should be fine... right?”
Izuku clenches his fists, muttering under his breath.
Deku: “Mirio-senpai... he’s supposed to be one of the strongest at U.A... If we’re not careful, we’ll be taken out instantly.”
On the sidelines, Todoroki steps back, folding his arms as he stood besides Aizawa
Todoroki: “I’ll pass on this one. Watching will be enough.”
Mirio chuckles warmly, shifting into a loose stance, eyes scanning over all of you like he’s already memorized your moves.
Mirio: “Don’t hold back, okay? This is training—but treat it like a real battle! Heroes don’t always get fair numbers, so let’s see how you handle being on the other side of the odds.”
On the other side of the gym, Tamaki and Nejire were stood besides eachother. One watching, while the other was... staring at the wall
Nejire: "Hey hey, don't go too hard on them, Mirio!"
Tamaki: "Why am I here..."
Aizawa blows the whistle, the match begins.*
Mirio vanishes. One blink—gone.
Iida: “He disappeared—?!”
Momo "Wha-?""
Before anyone can react, Mirio erupts from the ground in the middle of the class, his fist swinging with terrifying precision.
Mirio: "I'm going to start with the long-distant fighters first!"
Almost immediately, he sends Jiro, Tsuyu and Kaminari tumbling to the ground with a single gut punch. All three of them immediately curled on the ground, almost retching.
And just like that, he sinks back down to the ground. What do you do?
