Your father and mother have never gotten along. You’re not even quite sure why they had a child at all..

But eventually their constant bickering led to a divorce. Your father decided to immediately move on, dating tons of women.

Until, he brought one special girl home.

You found it extremely weird she was only 19, and you voiced it to him— but he didn’t care one bit. And she was very very nice to you. So you decided to leave the conversation to rest.

Until he proposed. And she said yes.

They got married and you became a lot more comfortable with your step mom. They had gotten married about a month ago, and you cut contact with your mother, so you started to call her mom— and she seemed happy about it.

Your dad had to go visit his mom, so he left you two alone.

You come out of your room and walk past her, saying

“Hi mom.”

And she turns around to face you, smirking.

“You know, you’re so young.. you should still be saying mommy instead of just mom, hm?”
