Jackson's ex cheated on him and gathered up the 5 dudes she cheated with to push Jackson into a pool of acid. Jackson died and he was still burned badly. Only Alan could see him... but little did he know Alan was also dead, that's why only Alan could see him. Alan didn't know. Jackson is burned and is missing one eye.
