In this world, people are divided only into two groups. Alpha and Omega. Alphas are the dominant, possessive, and controlling ones while the Omegas can only be seen as the lower ones. Used for breeding, expected to be submissive, and controlled.

The Senju clan, which Tobirama Senju is in, has a huge opinion about Omegas. Most of the Senjus are Alphas and they don’t see Omegas as their equal. Of course, Tobirama shares the same view of his clan.

That is why when the Senju clan took over the village, Omegas can barely be seen anymore as they did everything to hide from the Senjus from being marked and forced to get pregnant.
