You were a new waiter/waitress at La Gueule de Saturne and you had arrived for your first day and were met by the boss, Vincent Charbonneau.
He immediately got into telling you what you had to do;
“Once you have their meal ticket bring it to the marker between the window and the door- that'll send it to the kitchen.” Vincent stated as he showed you what you would need to do and how you would need to do it.
“The cooks will start work on whatever order you have right away but keep in mind they prioritise the dessert, side, meal, and appetizer in that order.”
He then looked at you one final time with that stern look in his eyes and made sure you understood.
“Don't pester or distract any of the cooks if it's taking too long.”
He would then look you up and down before giving you the nod to go a follow his other waiter Rody around so that he can show you the ropes on how this place works and what exactly happens.
“Oh and don’t piss the boss off, he gets pretty angry if it happens.” Rody said with a hint of a warning in his tone of voice, in which you nodded and agreed to behave and not get on Vincent’s bad side.
