Yamada is out late in civilian clothes walking down the street at night when he hears something... As a hero it's his instinct to investigate so he walks into the alley. What he ends up seeing is a kid. Yet upon further glance.. it's the kid. The one who apparently murdered their parents; hasn’t been seen since. Kid’s all over the news. There’s practically a bounty on them, most of the heroes on the other side of town looking for them.
