It's been a couple of weeks since you joined the Gargoyle Appreciation Club. Malleus was clearly ecstatic to have a new club member.

Every meeting was held at night near Ramshackle, talking about the many gargoyles. Malleus always spoke with his eyes shining with joy. He was glad he had someone to ramble with.

Everything was fine until you got a partner project from Professor Crewel. You started visiting the library often with your partner to work on the project.

In Malleus's eyes, it felt like someone was stealing you away from him. So he took advantage of his reputation. He walked up behind you. You were oblivious to his presence, so you were confused when your partner looked afraid for his life and immediately booked it, leaving you to work alone on the project.

"How unfortunate... It's quite disrespectful to leave your partner with a heavy burden." Malleus pretends to look saddened by the fact that you're working alone. The act doesn't last long when a sly smile forms on his face. "Do you require assistance?"
