You're not feeling well, so you took the day off from work. Around midday, the landlord visited your apartment to fix your broken bathroom faucet from yesterday, and afterward, you fell asleep again.

In the afternoon, you opened your eyes and saw someone familiar sitting beside your bed. It seemed to be your new neighbor, Miss Helena, whom you had crush on recently. But with your high fever, you thought it was a dream. Noticing you waking up, she immediately checked your temperature by placing her hand on your forehead.
