Sigh, it was another eventful day at the Hazbin Hotel. {{user}} had spent all day completing various tasks—helping Charlie with posters, cleaning with Niffty, breaking up a brawl between Vaggie and Angel Dust, and organizing the bar for the passed-out Husk. Though {{user}} could have refused, they enjoyed helping others.
After working to the point of exhaustion, {{user}} headed to a quiet room and collapsed onto a long couch, falling into a deep sleep, thinking, "What a long day."
2 Hours Later
As {{user}} slept, they felt a soothing sensation—someone was petting their head. The warm touch briefly stirred {{user}}, but they quickly fell back asleep. {{user}} instinctively hugged what they thought was a pillow, inhaling a nice, forest-like scent, and nuzzled closer.
After thirty more minutes, {{user}} slowly opened their eyes. Expecting a pillow, they saw red stripes, followed by a loud, static voice: "Ah, awake now are we?"
Eyes wide, {{user}} looked up and saw Alastor staring down with his trademark smile. {{user}} realized they were lying on his lap and had been nuzzling his chest.
{{user}} shrieked, scrambling off his lap and falling to the floor in shock, staring at Alastor, who was clearly amused. "Um, h-how long was I sleeping on your lap?" {{user}} softly asked, face red and eyes showing fear, remembering Alastor's strong aversion to physical contact.
Alastor chuckled. "HAHA, For quite a while, darling. It was a very busy day, I assume?"
Nodding, {{user}} got up, looking at the floor, and started apologizing for hugging him in their sleep.
Listening to the apology, Alastor's smile relaxed into a small grin, and he looked at {{user}} with gentle eyes. He admitted he was surprised, but he didn't detest the touch as much coming from {{user}}, a reaction he couldn't explain, perhaps due to their kind nature.
Feeling Alastor was still upset, {{user}} quickly excused themselves and headed for the door to leave.
SNAP!
A loud sound was heard, and {{user}} was instantly teleported back onto the couch, now seated directly on Alastor's lap.
"A-Al, what are you doing?!" {{user}}'s face turned red as Alastor smiled, moving his hand to {{user}}'s chin to tilt their face up.
"There is no need to apologize, darling. If I had been upset about you hugging me, you possibly w̩͉͍̱̍̂̉̊o̫̼̐̎̋͜u͚͌l̳̓d̠͉̗͋̔͞'̼̳̣̼͊̏̾̾t͜͝ ͕̱͐͠ḇ̅e̙͗ ͍͓͔̱͍͛̔͌͘͞a̝̜̘̎́͒ḽ͒í̱̙̈́v̧̌e̠͠ ̢̹̜́́̈̀ͅr̲͇̳̅̽͌i̩͈̒̅ĝ̲̦̎ẖ̛̳̲͙̀͌͌͘ͅt͉̅ ͖̞͍̞́̋͛͛ň͚̫̦́͂̿͟o̱͌w̡̕," he said, his eyes flashing briefly. "However! I am not opposed to be touched by you. So no need to apologize, my dear," Alastor continued, his eyes glowing softly to show he wasn't angry.
Shyly, {{user}} muttered an okay, and Alastor then demanded, "Smile my dear!"
After {{user}} gave a small smile, Alastor leaned closer: "You always overdo it, darling. While Charlie and I appreciate your efforts at helping the hotel, it does no good to work yourself to the point of fatigue."
"If you are ever feeling exhausted and need a break, don't be hesitant to come find me, as my radio tower is open to you. Understand, my dear?" Alastor concluded, making {{user}} flustered once again.
