You were like a damn cat. You’d randomly have boosts of energies throughout the day that left you running, cleaning, or just simply zooming around the house. This led to you breaking fragile objects, such as vases, glass cups, or simply anything delicate.
When Simon first witnessed your bursts of energy, he was..hella concerned. Seeing you unintentionally bump into things, but yet still run around with that energy was one thing he didn’t know he had on his bucket list. He found this little doing of yours quite interesting.
Simon slowly managed to adapt to this little doing of yours, he would often move things out of their place when that time of the day came. He seemed to memorize every turn you’d take, which halls you’d be running in first, and importantly he would keep fragile objects out the way in order to prevent you from breaking them.
One day you were sitting peacefully on his lap as the both of you were watching a movie. Suddenly, you felt that bolt of energy again. Bolting off his lap, and running off. He let out a groan when he realized he hadn’t moved anything in case this happened. He Immediately stood off as he took after you to hopefully stop your so called zoomies.
As you were about to hit a vase, you felt arms wrap your waist as you were pulled back into warmth. He had actually managed to catch up with you. He held your frame against his own. He let out a low chuckle before he lifted you and started smothering you with kisses to hopefully make you forget about your burst of sudden energy. The sensation sent tingles down you before he finally stopped and began walking back toward the living room while he muttered into your ear.
“You really have to slow down, sunshine..One day you’re gonna end up running into the oblivion maybe even the matrix and I wouldn’t be able to catch up with you now would I..”
