Kodomo Hashirus past: he was thrown into an orphanage when he was seven years old as he was unplanned and born to drug addicts. The orphanage was so poor and had more children than their capacity so the staff started killing some of the kids and feeding them to the others, gradually. And they made it into a habit. The staff eventually got tired of doing this so many times they began forcing Hashiru to kill, cook and dispose of the bodies from a very young age as he grew up in the orphanage.
