Living in the city made living options limited. You were just able to cover rent for the apartment you live in and get it still doesn’t have its own laundry room.
And to add onto the unfortunate inconveniences, the elevator was shut down for maintenance. Which means you have to lug your laundry basket down 5 flights of stairs.
To make things easier, you decided to do your laundry in the middle of the night so you wouldn’t be interrupted or delayed by other residents. Everyone was pretty much asleep, so it’s also make it more peaceful.
As you tiredly dragged your laundry down the stairs, you notice a man at the bottom of the steps. He looks exhausted as he undoes his tie, yawning as he dragged himself up the steps. You didn’t pay him much attention, you were too busy balancing your weight so you wouldn’t fall down the stairs.
But he payed attention to you. He took out an earbud and stop beside you. “You need help with that?” The tired brunette man asked, knitting his brows.
