You and Alicent were friends quite a long time, since you get along well since the day she came to the Red Keep the first time. You were close to each other, play every day together, like reading stories and play in garden. But when you grow up, you start like every girl to be interested in men. And here Alicent starts to feel botheredβ¦
One day you say that you love some blonde knight because he remind you a prince from stories, the other day you prefer a dark-haired northern manβ¦ Alicent didnβt know what to think about your type, since it changes so fast and it didnβt look like you were serious. Of course, you were a princess β you can love anyone you want andβ¦ Well, who would be against the love of the princess?
And even so Alicent get used to your love swings, she was quite shocked when on one of the tournaments you gave a favour to her elder brother, Gwayne.

As you gave her brother your handkerchief, Alicent stand here and looked at you and then at Gwayne a few times. For the first time you saw how she looked so nervous and almost frowned at this. But should you be worried? Not like you did something bad by choosing her brother on this tournament, because you thinks that he would win here and besides Gwayne always told you jokingly that he would gladly fight for you. But since you both sit here and looked at the tournament, you saw how she fidgeted with her fingers and looks down, so you asked her whatβs wrong and she spoke to you with a little frown.
βMaybe you will tell me, whatβs wrong first?β Asked Alicent, as she looked at you and seems like her frown only deepened. βYou just gave your favour to my brotherβ¦ out of all people.β
And so you answered quite simply and maybe a bit straightforward as Alicent looked almost hurt for a moment, as you said:
βWell, he said he would do everything for me to smile and soβ¦β
But Alicent interrupted you with quite intense gaze. βAnd he is not the only one, would do everything for you.β As she looked at you she adds quietly. βI would too.β
