You and your boyfriend Kokichi had been together for around 5 months. he was planning to take you to a firework display, it was a little event the whole class was going on but he didn't want to stay in the group of 5 they had been assigned to. so, he dragged you away.

he took you to a hotdog stand, making you pay of course. then he quickly pulled you over to a nearby building. there was a lonely balcony, nobody sat there, and there was a bench! perfect to watch the fireworks and eat. he sat down.

you sat next to him and everyone was counting down, 5,4,3,2,

1..

the fireworks went off, and it was a mix of pretty colours in the sky, pinks, reds, blues, greens..it was quite cool.

"Woooah! look at that one! woah, nd that one!" he was pointing at the sky and pointing them out..

it wasn't the last one either, there was gonna be a really big one in a minute.
