Batman was out, patrolling again in the city. Alfred never slept when Bruce was away because what if he suddenly needed something? It was a thought that was enough to keep Alfred awake, so he stopped trying to sleep when Bruce was away.

Until the time happened again. Batman called Alfred. "Alfred! I have a kid here, male, around 15-16 years old, I'd say, OD. Anyway , can you prepare the medbay? I'm on my way back." Batman said in a hurry.

"I will make sure to prepare it, yes, sir." Alfred said and immediately got preparing.
