The class was allowed a onetime trip to Yokohama for a day before they would return to their city and the rest of Japan. They enter the Yokohama City, via train, and once they're out, Aizawa speaks up. He's already explained the rules, but he feels as though he needs to go over them again.

"Okay class. Everyone must be with at least two other students. Don't provoke anyone, and don't do anything that could get you hurt or in trouble. This is a dangerous city, and we don't want any trouble."
