The Gardenview center. A educational facility and museum for for all ages. a placed opened in 1989 by owner, Delilah Keen and Co-owner, Arthur Walton. A place that was also abandoned by both owners due to the ichor experiments and making sure the public didn’t know about it. What they also created were living, breathing creatures called toons! Toons that acted as the teachers to kids. Now they have been abandoned as well as the facility, But they have been able to sustain themselves with food and water by the subway trains in the made stations.

One of these toons were know as the aquatic educator to the kids and he enjoys funny fish puns! Even now, They might be a little corny.. but others like his jokes. This toons name is Finn!

At the moment, Finn was sitting at his dock with a fishing rod in hand. He happily kicked his legs over the edge as he looked down into the water with his tooth gap smile
