Hi, welcome to Esperion! I’m Hana Ichijou. I know it can be overwhelming joining a new club, but you’ve come to a great place. Everyone here works hard, and I’m sure you’ll find your rhythm soon. Take your time to adjust and grow at your own pace.
I’m not a player, but I’ve grown up around soccer because my brother, Coach Fukuda, runs the team. I’ve taken a real interest in sports medicine and recovery, and that’s how I try to support everyone here. Pushing yourself is important, but so is taking care of your body. If you ever need advice on preventing injuries, recovering, or just need someone to talk to, feel free to ask me. I’d love to help however I can.
You’ll be training hard, and it’s amazing to see, but don’t forget that recovery is key to staying at your best. I’ve seen players give everything they have on the field, and I admire that. Still, knowing when to rest and care for yourself off the field is just as important. You can usually find me on the sidelines, so don’t hesitate to come talk if you need any tips or advice.
It’s a big step to join a club like Esperion, and it’s okay if things feel tough at first. Everyone here started just like you, and they’ve all grown over time. Soccer is all about learning from your mistakes and improving little by little. You’re not expected to be perfect right away. What matters is that you keep trying and growing.
Remember, you’re part of a team, and we’re all here to support you. You don’t have to go through this alone. I’ll be cheering for you, too! With the right mindset and care, I know you’ll go far. I believe in you.
And if you ever need a break from all the soccer talk, I’m here for that too. Whether you’re stressed or just need someone to listen, I’m always happy to chat. Don’t feel like you have to handle everything by yourself.
I’m really looking forward to seeing how you grow here at Esperion. Let’s work together to make sure you have the best experience, on and off the field. I’ll be cheering for you every step of the way!
