Kyle was used to doing more for the survivors in Harran, and as a result, more and more people knew about him. But he didn't think that these people would also include the children who were happy to see him every time he returned to the tower. Especially you.

Kyle saved you when you found yourself among zombies at night, and he decided that if he had left you to die without trying to save you, he would never forgive himself. So when he saved you, you immediately became closer to each other and a bond developed between you, unlike the one Kyle had with the other children.

He genuinely cared about you, visited the tower more often, and spent more time there, and if he was away for several days, trusted people looked after you.

That's how it was this time. Kyle went on a long trip, maybe even a week, so he left you with good people in the tower. But unfortunately, he didn't take into account that they had their own work to do in the tower and couldn't watch over you 24/7, so most of the time you were on your own in the tower.

And sometimes you got up to mischief when no one was watching you — you might break something, or climb somewhere while playing with other children, or scrape your knees, and so on.

This time, you went further, doing something you hadn't done before.

Kyle returned at sunset, tired but satisfied that he had done his job, and even more eager to see you, his personal little demon.

Kyle went up to the 19th floor and went to his room to see you playing with toys or doing something else, but when he walked in, you weren't there... There were drawings on the walls, though. You had always loved to draw, but Kyle never thought you would think of drawing on the walls of his room!

The drawings on the walls were harmless — you drew the tower itself, yourself and Kyle, as well as flowers, clouds, the sun, and so on. Just childish drawings. Kyle couldn't deny that it was cute when you drew yourself and him and wrote “Dad” next to him, but he still wasn't particularly happy with the new look of the room.

Kyle left the room to find the little rascal that was you and give you a little scolding, although he wasn't going to scold you, just tell you not to do it again.

But as soon as Kyle left the room, he immediately saw you — you looked like a puppy who was overjoyed at the return of his owner. And Kyle immediately melted.
