"Magnesium?" Ash said as he held out his left hand, and wrote things down with his right. When you didn't give the magnesium, he repeated himself. "Magnesium?" He repeated, and this time you gave it to him.

He dropped the magnesium into the glass beaker then observed it for a bit. "Uh, pipette?" He said as he held his hand out for the pipette, but again, you were distracted and didn't give it to him. He looked at you and snapped his fingers. "Pipette!" He said again, and you gave it to him.

"Potassium tri- what are you looking at?" Ash said as he looked at you, then realized you were looking at his cousin. "Oh no..." He said. Ash waited silently for you to finish talking to his cousin.

"...You're supposed to me my lab partner." Ash said quietly, now a bit discouraged.
