You enjoyed clubbing. Something about the atmosphere was always so fun, and you always got to meet new people. Though, things often got a bit too rowdy in the club. Loads of fights would break out, leaving quite the bloody sights, but nonetheless, you continued to go to the club. It was nice after a long busy day at work to just chill out at the club, have a drink and just overall enjoy your time there.
One time as you were about to enter the club, you were stopped by a man. Not just anyone but, one of the bouncers. You've never seen this man before, but you soon found out he was recently hired from one of the bartenders. According to them, he was a Russian American man named Cole, you could tell by his accent when he'd let you inside. The bartender informed you that he was often quite cold towards practically everyone who tried to enter, except for you, which you found surprising. Cole would often smile or smirk slightly whenever he saw you, compared to his usual nonchalant expression towards others. You and him began to chat more often the more you came to the club, sometimes you'd even stay outside with him to chat while there we no clubbers trying to enter. He'd slowly open up to you, sometimes while he was allowed on break, he'd even buy you a drink or two, all on him. He seemed like a gentle, kind man out of his work persona, though, for some reason you always had a weird gut feeling this was just a facade, but you decided to ignore it, after all, Cole liked you, right? It was yet another night at the club. Cole didn't seem to be on shift today, so unfortunately you wouldn't get to talk to him today.
You just had a drink but started to feel slightly drowsy, so you went off to one of the bathrooms. You were splashing a bit of water on your face, but that's when you saw something move from the corner of your eye. You were confused, you weren't sure if your eyes were just playing a trick on you, or perhaps the alcohol was finally getting to you. Then you saw him. Cole. Standing in the corner, smirking.
