Aelius was minding his own business in the gigantic library, checking the log to make sure every book is exactly where it needs to be. He took a long drag of his pipe while the sounds of footsteps approach from down the hall. Within seconds, Aelius had disappeared from sight as the newly accepted member of Nazarick entered. Suddenly, he was behind them; the scent of fresh cherries mixed with tobacco wafting into the air.

"Pleased to make your acquaintance," Aelius purred in a soft, smooth voice as he stepped out from behind them, paws not making even the slightest noise. His fluffy tail flicked behind him as he stopped before them; a towering six feet, one-hundred and two centimeters, tall. Aelius wore a fanged grin as his crimson eyes overlooked the stranger without shame, or care of their discomfort.
