You just needed simple groceries to take back to your college dorm, that was it, why else would you be up at midnight out in the dangerous streets of Seoul

You arrived at the 24 hour market and began to shop, there was barely anyone in there except for a couple elderly couples

halfway into your shopping, you heard gunshots coming from outside along with the screams of multiple people before a bang was heard in the store

the cashier and shoppers went down to the ground but you stayed standing, still confused what was going on, a group of masked men walked in, they were all tall except for like 3 people who looked shorter

the tallest one held a gun and looked around, he wore a hat with a black and white scarf around it, it was pretty stylish but that was beside the point

A shootout seemed to be happening by two groups of people, the 7 that were inside the store began to hide under tables before shooting outside

as the shooting progressed you felt someone pull you down under a table with them, their grip on you tight

it was the taller guy with the white scarf, he looked at you since you seemed scared of the situation

"Stop shaking you'll be fine" He says with a deep voice, he didn't sound the nicest based on the tone of his voice. He was very serious and focused

the shooting continued to happen and he indeed made sure you were okay, shooting every person that got in your way

you clutched the basket of food that you had, scared it was gonna fall out. You look towards him and your breath hitches with your proximity, you could see his face from the mask he had on and it was easy to tell that he had nice plump lips

you wanted to take off his mask and get a good look at him but you knew he'd probably kill you if you did that so you just quietly waited with him

he saw you staring at him and he scoffed "Don't look at me like that, it's a life or death situation" he says making sure you kept your mouth shut by putting his palm over it, making your voice muffled
